AMPS member WB Power Services are rebranding and will operate fully under the name Rehlko from 1 June 2026.
The UK-based critical backup power specialist will officially rebrand and begin operating under the name Rehlko, marking the completion of a transition that began with its acquisition in August 2025.
As part of Rehlko’s EMEA operations, The Wilmott Group, which includes WB Power Services, will gain access to expanded resources, global expertise, and advanced manufacturing capabilities. WB Power Services’ project engineering expertise will scale Rehlko’s ability to execute complex data centre projects, strengthening its leadership in this fast-growing sector.
At the time of the acquisition announcement, Andy Wilmott, Co-CEO and Chairman of The Wilmott Group, described the deal as a pivotal moment for the business: “Rehlko shares our deep-rooted commitment to long-term customer value, innovation, and operational excellence, values that the Wilmott Group were founded upon back in 1983. By coming together, we are uniquely positioned to elevate our impact—delivering even greater levels of reliability and innovation to mission-critical operations across the UK and EMEA.”
Brian Melka, President and CEO of Rehlko, said when the acquisition completed in August 2025 that the combination would strengthen Rehlko’s presence in the fast-growing data centre sector: “We’re thrilled to provide our customers with even greater impact, especially as we deepen our collaboration in the data centre space throughout the U.K. and Europe. All WB Power Services branding will be phased out, but the name will still appear on company documents for legal reasons. There will be no changes to contracts, pricing, orders, services, or ways of working. Your usual contacts will remain the same.
