UK-leading power generation specialist DTGen has appointed Nigel Newton as Managing Director, as the business continues to expand its presence across the UK and Europe.
Nigel will lead the business through its next phase of development, with a focus on strengthening DTGen’s capabilities, developing its people and continuing to deliver reliable emergency power solutions for customers operating in critical environments.
DTGen has established a strong position within the critical power market, supporting customers across a range of sectors where reliable and resilient power is essential. With demand for critical power infrastructure continuing to grow, the business is focused on building on its existing expertise and developing the capabilities and partnerships needed to meet increasingly complex customer requirements.
The appointment also marks a planned change in DTGen’s leadership team, with current Managing Director Paul Moore moving into the role of Non-Executive Director.
Paul has played an important role in DTGen’s development and growth, helping to establish the strong foundations from which the business continues to build. In his new role, he will remain closely involved with DTGen, providing strategic insight, experience and support to the leadership team.

I’m looking forward to continuing to support the business as a Non-Executive Director and seeing Nigel and the wider team take DTGen into its next phase.”
As Managing Director, Nigel will build on this strong foundation, working with the team to develop the business and respond to opportunities across the UK and European markets.
