AMPS Golf Day 2026

Monday 22 June at Carden Park, Cheshire

This year’s AMPS Golf Day took place on the stunning Nicklaus Golf Course at Carden Park, Cheshire.

A championship-standard 18-hole, par-72, the course was by golfing legend Jack Nicklaus and his son Steve. Stretching to around 7,045 yards from the back tees. The course is set within beautiful Cheshire parkland and offers a scenic, strategic challenge for golfers of all abilities.

Often described as a “thinking man’s course,” the Nicklaus layout rewards careful shot selection and course management rather than just distance. Several holes feature double fairway options, giving players tactical choices from the tee and adding variety to each round. Water hazards, well-placed bunkers and mature oak trees come into play throughout the course, demanding accuracy and thoughtful play from every golfer.
